Shipping

All the orders places will be processed within 72 hours unless if there are public holidays. Orders will be delivered in two days after placing the order (with in UAE).

Regal has chosen specific shipment partners who are known for their expertise and delivery. The time taken for delivery will be mentioned at the time of placing the order. However, do note that this could vary by a day or two, due to weather, force majeure conditions or any other conditions which are not in our control.

Always provide your complete mailing address, along with your postal code at the time of placing the order. Incomplete addresses provided will only result in further delay of delivery.

The prices on the items posted on the Website do not include shipping costs.

International shipping rates are based on the estimated weight & dimensions of the package.

Return, Exchange & Refunds for orders within UAE

Refunds / exchanges are accepted only in case if manufacturing defects (that cannot be sorted) and within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Refunds will be made within 21 working days.
